Up to 20 mln yuan in support for breakthroughs in core technologies including industrial vertical large models, AI coding models, physical AI, industrial agents, industrial software and industrial internet — with specific aims such as knowledge-graph fusion and text-to-3D parts design. Up to 10 mln yuan for integrated security solutions for industrial models and agents. To lower intelligent-input costs, the city encourages industrial cloud platforms to offer low-code agent development, free trials, token experience vouchers and preferential compute plans; subsidies of up to 40 mln yuan for leasing non-affiliated compute resources for industrial model/agent R&D. Subsidies up to 5 mln yuan each for invoking or privately deploying third‑party models and for purchasing high-quality training corpora for industrial model and agent development.

現代汽車工會進一步升級勞資談判施壓力度，將每日罷工時間由此前的2小時延長至4小時。據韓國金屬工會現代汽車支部16日消息，工會當天召開會議，決定於7月20日至22日連續三天每天舉行4小時罷工。工會表示：“公司至今未提出具有前瞻性的談判方案。不過，只要勞資談判重新啓動，工會將暫停罷工行動。”現代汽車勞資雙方的正式談判已陷入僵局超過一週。知情人士透露，此後雙方雖持續進行非正式工作層面的溝通協調，但始終未取得實質性進展。目前，勞資雙方分歧最大的焦點集中在工會提出的“單獨訴求”。除提高基本工資外，工會還堅持要求：將獎金比例由目前的750%提高至800%；恢復被解僱工會成員的工作崗位；延長退休年齡。對於上述訴求，工會態度強硬，沒有讓步跡象。業內預計，如果雙方下週仍無法縮小分歧，今年的薪資及集體協議談判可能陷入長期拉鋸。
