The U.S. Philadelphia Semiconductor Index (SOX) has retraced more than 20% from its June 22 closing record high, entering a bear market. The index fell 10% this week, its largest weekly decline since April 2025.

At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference on July 18, Alibaba launched Meoo Team, an enterprise AI application-creation platform. Core features include unified identity management, centralized procurement and quota control, fine-grained permission management and team asset sharing. Meoo Team is designed to address enterprise challenges in resource coordination, permission allocation and asset ownership for AI workflows and to improve collaboration across e-commerce, content production, operations, marketing, finance and education teams.
