On July 18 at WAIC2026 SenseTime and Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace signed a
strategic cooperation to build a SenseTime compute constellation. Deployment
will follow a single‑satellite validation → platform construction →
constellation networking path. SenseTime says the first series of compute
satellites will launch and be networked in 2026; by 2030 the partners target
roughly 1,000 satellites with total compute capacity above 10,000 P, aiming to
move AI infrastructure from ground GPU clusters to on‑orbit multi‑satellite
coordination and a global space‑ground AI infrastructure.
