Nanjing held an airport-area industry development conference on July 19 where 19 industrial cooperation projects were signed, totaling 31.6 billion yuan and spanning aviation services, aerospace manufacturing, high-end equipment and electronic information. China Telecom’s Jishan Zhiyun ecological base and China Mobile’s cloud intelligent computing center — two projects at the tens-of-billions-of-yuan scale — were unveiled as digital infrastructure anchors for the airport cluster. Authorities published the Nanjing Airport-area Industrial Layout Plan and a High-Quality Development Action Plan, outlining a “one core, one corridor, five zones” spatial structure and targeting industrial output above designated size in the demonstration zone of 110 billion yuan by 2030 as the city pushes to build a nationally leading modern airport-area industrial system.

China Chengtong and affiliates Chengtong Capital and Chengyang Investment have bought nearly 10 bln yuan of Chinese equities in recent transactions, concentrated in central state-owned enterprises. The group says it will keep using proprietary funds, share repurchases and re‑lending to further increase large purchases of central SOE and technology stocks and ETFs to support market stability.
