Huaxia’s Sci‑tech Semiconductor ETF, Penghua’s Sci‑tech Semiconductor Equipment ETF and E Fund’s Semiconductor Equipment ETF all exceeded 10% gains; several products posted turnover ratios above 20% and trading activity intensified. Volumes expanded: Guotai’s Semiconductor Equipment ETF logged turnover >CNY7.4 bln by 13:20, above its prior trading-day full‑day turnover of CNY6.115 bln. Huaxia’s Sci‑tech Semiconductor ETF recorded turnover >CNY6.7 bln, also surpassing the previous day’s full‑day level.
