July 21 — China's Ministry of Transport safety director and head of the Transport Services Department Cai Tuanjie told a State Council Information Office briefing the ministry will build more than 3,000 charging and battery-swap stations for electric heavy trucks. Deployment will target busy freight stretches on national expressways and trunk national/provincial roads, major city clusters (Beijing‑Tianjin‑Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu‑Chongqing) and key nodes including freight hubs, ports, mines, factories and industrial parks, and will promote linking supply points into continuous corridor networks.

President Trump said the US-Iran confrontation is far from over, that US forces will not withdraw and have already inflicted significant damage on Iran. He said US policy will prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and that the US will strike any locations Iran considers for nuclear weapons. Trump added Iran has seen nothing yet, said US actions have been restrained to date, and warned of an imminent, heavy strike on the Gaoshan region.
