It will issue Token-economy policy and establish Token factories and Token distribution platforms covering token production, distribution and application, with pilot deployment in industry, education and culture/tourism. The bureau will host a "Create the Future" OPC roadshow and develop AIGC training for OPC; it will also support a "RISC-V+AI OS" open ecosystem via the open-source chip research institute and Beijing Tongminghu information-technology innovation center to build a full-stack domestic tech stack from ISA to OS to intelligent-agent applications.
