深圳市財政局發佈公告，計劃2026年在香港、澳門發行離岸人民幣地方政府債券，現公開徵集承銷團成員，有意向需在7月28日前提交申請材料，本次香港發債不超過40億元，澳門發債不超過10億元。發行期限爲2至10年期爲主。

Apple (AAPL.O) plans to launch a device-leasing program called Apple Upgrade on July 28, a move sources say will be one of the largest changes to its device sales model. The US-first rollout will cover most iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch models and will be available in Apple retail stores and online. Klarna Group will provide funding for the program. The subscription-style service allows customers to prepay, upgrade early (early upgrades may incur fees), keep devices after the lease or return them. Lease terms: 24 months for iPhone and Apple Watch; 36 months for Mac and iPad.
