At the open, domestic futures main contracts were mostly higher. Fuel oil led
gains, up over 4%; Shanghai crude (SC) and Shanghai silver rose more than 3%.
Palladium, platinum, the container-shipping Europe route and low-sulfur fuel oil
(LU) gained over 2%; lithium carbonate, coking coal and ethylene glycol (EG)
were up about 2%. On the downside, soda ash, caustic soda and rapeseed oil fell
over 1%, while Shanghai lead slipped about 1%.
