Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) reported an individual convicted on charges related to January protests has been executed.

UBS analysts, after an online roadshow with ASML CFO Roger Dassen, said ASML plans to raise semiconductor-equipment output in 2027 and 2028, signalling unusually long demand visibility. ASML is considering boosting EUV lithography output about 30% in 2027 and a further 30% in 2028 as customers have placed large orders. Analysts said the extended visibility reinforces the view that semiconductor demand may exceed supply for a prolonged period.
