Those products carry long certification cycles and large upfront testing and adaptation costs, lifting R&D and SG&A during expansion; the company characterises these outlays as long‑term strategic investments that have begun contributing. Demingli expects Q2 revenue of 8.462–10.462 bln yuan, up 196–266% YoY and 12–39% QoQ, driven by enterprise storage and memory modules, and says continued scale release should enhance upstream/downstream bargaining power and cost control, laying a foundation for future earnings recovery.

KOSPI rose above 7,000, gaining 4.51% intraday. Samsung Electronics shares rose 5% and SK Hynix rose 7%.
