China bond futures opened this morning: 2-year bond futures (TS) most-active contract unchanged; 5-year bond futures (TF) most-active contract unchanged; 10-year bond futures (T) most-active contract unchanged; 30-year bond futures (TL) most-active contract down 0.02%.

An Iranian army spokesman said on Tuesday Tehran has drawn up comprehensive defence and operational plans to counter any enemy attempt to invade Iranian territory. He said Iran will not allow foreign forces to establish a foothold and that contingency plans cover sparsely populated areas, including certain islands and coastal zones where US forces might try to infiltrate. He warned any area used by an enemy to attack Iran — even territory temporarily held by hostile forces — would be targeted.
