Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co. said on July 22 it has mobilized nearly 10 bln yuan of its own funds into the stock market to date. Non‑power renewable use to expand 1.5x versus 2025 to roughly 150 mln tce. Reliability targets: nationwide average firm output (capacity credit) for wind and PV, including source‑side co‑located storage, to reach ~8% overall (wind ~11%, PV ~6%); wind+PV (with co‑located storage) to supply over 20% of electricity during summer and winter evening peaks, up about 10 percentage points. During the 15th Five‑Year period, add more than 300 GW of reliable peak renewable capacity.
