Tesla CEO Elon Musk said Micron Technology (MU.O) recently supplied Tesla (TSLA.O) with a "large" quantity of memory chips and that the transaction terms were "very reasonable" amid tight supply and elevated prices. Musk said he is pursuing long-term in‑house chip production via a program called "Terafab" to build compute and memory chips at scale, but for now Tesla remains reliant on Micron. He added that Tesla and SpaceX are not among Micron’s top 10 customers.
