MOFCOM said it will in H2 continue measures to stabilize and improve the quality
of foreign investment, accelerate revision and issuance of rules governing
foreign investors’ acquisitions of domestic companies, and orderly deepen
opening pilots in value-added telecoms, biotechnology, wholly foreign-owned
hospitals and vocational skills training. The ministry will also support
Beijing’s upgrade of its national service-sector demonstration zone and sustain
its "Invest in China" promotion, including the 26th China International Fair for
Investment and Trade.
