Shanghai Development and Reform Commission and other municipal bodies published measures to boost direct financing and tech-finance services and to deepen STAR Market reform. They will issue listing-review guidance to allow AI and low-altitude economy firms to use the STAR Market's fifth set of listing standards, promote listings from emerging/future sectors including controllable nuclear fusion, embodied intelligence, large models, quantum computing and brain–computer interfaces, and continue widening the fifth set's applicability to increase market institutional inclusion and adaptability for unprofitable frontier-tech companies.
