SoftBank Group is considering acquiring Zurich-based Gravis Robotics AG and plans a major investment in AI-driven robotics, people familiar with the matter said. The target would be folded into SoftBank’s new unit Roze; the deal could be staged—buying existing shares and injecting fresh capital—and could value Gravis at over $500m. No final decision has been made on deal size or structure.
