Kremlin said on Friday it believes US President Trump’s efforts to end the
Ukraine war are sincere and that Russia will wait for Washington to present a
new proposal, despite continued US weapons deliveries to Kyiv. Kremlin spokesman
Peskov said Russia will continue to pursue its objectives by military means:
"Yes, (military action) is not the preferred path, but given the current lack of
prospects for peace, we will press on until complete victory. However, we will
wait for a new proposal."
