The bunkering vessel Haigang Weilai completed a bonded LNG transfer to Singapore‑flagged Yingcheng. Since China's first bonded ship‑to‑ship LNG bunkering for an internationally voyaging vessel on 15 March 2022, Shanghai has logged 355 operations totalling over 2.0 mln m3.
