Iran's foreign ministry condemned Ukraine for an attack on an Iranian merchant ship in the Caspian Sea, saying an explosion killed one crew member and injured another.

Zelenskiy said Ukraine’s long-range strikes in the Caspian Sea hit vessels transporting Iranian military cargo and a military ship. He also said strikes hit a factory in Kirov Oblast that supplies components for Russian attacks on Ukraine, about 1,200 km from the Ukrainian border, as well as a refinery in Tyumen Oblast, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg and a fuel depot in Rostov-on-Don.
