The ministry said it will implement the National Standardization Development Outline, accelerate breakthroughs in key core technologies, speed development, international coordination and implementation of priority standards, advance vehicle–road–cloud integration pilot projects, streamline production access and on‑road trial approvals, and promote building a full, end-to-end industry-chain ecosystem.
