Japan Securities Dealers Association plans to broaden daily public disclosure of
corporate bond trades, which it posts on its website showing prior-day contract
price, trade amount and coupon. Current rules require disclosure for trades with
face value ≥¥100m (≈$610,700) and ratings of AA or higher. A-rated bonds are
disclosed only if all three conditions are met: issuance size ≥¥30bn,
non-subordinated, and remaining maturity
