UN Secretary-General Guterres arrived in Cyprus on the evening of the 27th and began mediation on the 28th to push for a restart of long-stalled Cyprus talks. Kedali said it plans a share buyback of no less than 150 mln yuan and no more than 300 mln yuan, at a price not above 292 yuan per share; repurchased shares will be used for employee shareholding plans or equity incentives.
