Commonwealth Bank of Australia economist and FX strategist Carol Kong says she
expects the FOMC to leave the federal funds rate unchanged, though one or two
members may dissent in favor of a hike. She sees a low probability of a majority
voting to raise rates and says post-meeting commentary may tilt toward a tighter
stance.
