July 29 — In its Q2 results, SK Hynix said HBM4 entered mass production and
shipments in Q2 and that it will expand production in H2. HBM4E samples were
delivered in 1H; the company said the product uses an optimal process balancing
technical maturity and production stability. SK Hynix said it will rely on
stable, high-yield supply, cost competitiveness and industry‑leading performance
to reinforce its HBM market leadership.
