LILLY and Tsinghua University signed a memorandum to establish a long-term,
interdisciplinary strategic cooperation framework to explore large language
models (LLMs) for health communication, biopharma and public‑health innovation,
and international talent development, targeting challenges from population aging
and chronic disease burdens. The MoU formalises and deepens a strategic
partnership first discussed during LILLY CEO David Ricks’ March visit to
Tsinghua, where both sides reached preliminary agreement to advance
medical‑health innovation cooperation.
