Shenzhen municipal government published an implementation plan to accelerate new
productive forces, expand strategic emerging-industry clusters and future
industries, and deepen integration of technological and industrial innovation.
The plan targets strategic emerging industries achieving 2.3 trillion yuan in
value-added and accounting for 45% of Shenzhen GDP by 2030, with manufacturing
upgraded toward high-end, intelligent and green production and advanced
manufacturing designated as the backbone of the modern industrial system.
