Aligned with the 15th Five-Year Plan, postal services will support regional coordinated development and metropolitan clusters, participate in the Western Land–Sea New Corridor, open northerly delivery channels from the Northeast, accelerate digitization of postal and express infrastructure in central China, and promote postal modernization in the eastern region.
