A circulated complaint alleges Kelun-Botai Biotech (06990.HK) and related personnel engaged in commercial bribery linked to its Lukang Shatuo monoclonal antibody. The complaint cites a 2025 list price of 9,399 yuan per vial and names hospitals including Beijing 301 and 307. Alleged inducements include cash kickbacks of 900–2,000 yuan per vial; foundation-anchored directed sponsorship and over 8 mln yuan in service fees to clinical directors; inflated meeting fees; and expensive gifts. Kelun-Botai said the claims are untrue, will verify the complainant and pursue legal liability.
