The program pairs policy interpretation with practical guidance to promote MIIT and financial-sector support measures for listings on the New Third Board and the BSE, explain full-chain service arrangements, and address common listing-preparation issues with practical solutions. The initiative aims to drive more quality specialized firms toward NEEQ/BSE listings and to build a tiered, full-cycle cultivation ecosystem covering firm growth to listing.
