Jiangxi Securities Regulatory Bureau on July 28 issued Administrative Penalty Decision [2026] No.3, fining Yuweng Information Technology Co. and seven responsible persons for fraudulent issuance in its STAR Market IPO. The regulator found the company fabricated material financial data in IPO filings and concealed important equity nominee arrangements; it noted IPO withdrawal does not exempt prior fraud from enforcement. Total fines amount to 17.9 mln yuan: Yuweng Information 4.0 mln; Guo Gang and Liu Guihua 4.0 mln each; former director and deputy GM Sun Xianguang, former deputy GM and board secretary Fang Baolong, and former CFO Zhang Jianfei 1.3 mln each; former supervisors Li Jiayan and Liu Huawei 1.0 mln each.

China's National Energy Administration said national peak load reached 1.553 billion kW (1,553 GW) during the summer peak, about 45 million kW (45 GW) above last year's peak. Since early July, widespread persistent heat and improving economic activity have driven repeated record electricity demand; 15 provincial grids including Liaoning, Jiangsu and Hubei logged a combined 32 new peak-load records since June. The NEA said power supply across the country remains broadly stable.
