China A‑shares closed lower after choppy trade. Shanghai Composite fell 0.62%,
Shenzhen Composite 2.73%, ChiNext 3.97% and the Sci‑Tech Innovation 50 Index
plunged 5.38%. Turnover across Shanghai and Shenzhen was 2.34 trillion yuan, up
46.2 billion yuan from the prior session. More than 3,600 stocks declined. C
Changxin slipped 0.15% to 52.87 yuan on turnover near 45.0 billion yuan.
Automakers outperformed; JAC Motors hit the daily limit up. MLCC names rallied
in the afternoon, with Shuangxing New Materials limit up and Yunzong Technology
hitting the 20% limit. CPO‑themed stocks sold off again—Dongshan Precision,
Accelink Technologies and Cambridge Technology hit limit down. The
memory/storage chip sector also plunged, with Tongfu Microelectronics, Huatian
Technology, Yake Technology, Youyan New Materials and JCET among roughly ten
stocks hitting daily limit down.
