Ukraine's president ZELENSKIY signed a decree appointing Oleksiy Sobolev as deputy head of the Presidential Office.

China's National Bureau of Statistics said enterprises above designated size in cultural and related industries reported operating revenue of 7.203 trillion yuan in 1H, up 4.6% YoY. Revenue in core cultural sectors reached 5.047 trillion yuan, up 5.5% YoY. Within core sectors, cultural investment operations, news and information services, and creative design services grew 10.0%, 9.2% and 9.2%, respectively. New cultural business formats showed robust activity.

Mainland A-share internet insurance stocks rallied; Jiayun Technology climbed more than 10%, with Aishida, Guoyuan Technology, Zhisheng Information, Jinzheng Shares and Tianli Technology also rising.
