On July 31 Lijian-1 Yao-18 completed final assembly and testing at the Zhongke
Yuhang industrialization base and passed factory acceptance; it is slated to
carry out a near-term "one-rocket-nine-satellite" launch from the Dongfeng
commercial space innovation test area. Lijian-1 has flown 15 times, deployed 110
satellites with total on-orbit payload mass exceeding 16 tonnes, and is China's
only private commercial launcher model to have launched more than 100
satellites.
