and that Israel has "performed very well." He said many had considered such a
deal impossible, cautioned it may experience ups and downs given the complex
situation on the ground, and called it a "huge breakthrough," linking the
development to US progress on Iran and saying such an agreement would have been
impossible four to five months ago.
