Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on social media on Aug 2 that a restaurant
explosion in the city on Aug 1 was a terrorist attack, leaving 3 dead and 21
injured. Russia's National Anti-Terror Committee said a homemade explosive
device caused the blast. Law enforcement agencies are investigating.
