He said the CSRC is studying expansion of mutual recognition of securities and futures professional qualifications between the mainland and Hong Kong to facilitate cross-border employment. The CSRC will deepen regulatory cooperation with Hong Kong on issuance and listings, intermediaries and enforcement, improve risk monitoring and information sharing, and strengthen coordinated surveillance of cross-border capital flows to guard against systemic risk.
