A Realmeter poll commissioned by media outlet EKN on Monday showed President
Lee's approval rating fell 0.4 percentage points to 45.9% — the lowest since his
June inauguration last year — marking a third consecutive weekly decline amid
controversy and a sharp stock-market selloff. Disapproval rose 1.0 percentage
point to 50.5%, topping 50% for the first time. The same poll put the ruling
Democratic Party at 45.1% support (up 3.8ppt) and the main opposition People
Power Party at 37.7% (down 2.9ppt).
