At morning close, China's domestic futures main contracts were mixed: ferrosilicon up more than 4%; container-shipping Europe-route rates rose over 3%; 20# rubber, stainless steel (SS) and PTA gained over 2%; rubber and coking coal rose about 2%; rapeseed oil was up just over 1%. Lagging contracts included red dates (jujube) and SC crude oil, both down more than 1%; fuel oil and corn slipped nearly 1%.

Shanghai stocks were mixed in the morning session. At midday the Shanghai Composite was up 0.16%, the Shenzhen Composite rose 2.74% and the ChiNext Index gained 4.83%. Compute-power leasing stocks led the market with multiple names hitting limit-up, including Litong Electronics; liquid-cooled server makers such as Bojie also posted limit-up moves. WuXi AppTec and other pharmaceutical names were active. Gaming, semiconductors, education and consumer electronics outperformed; banks, insurers and baijiu lagged. Over 3,700 stocks were higher and morning turnover exceeded 1.3 tln yuan.
