He cited Judge Naomi Rao's dissent arguing plaintiff the National Trust for Historic Preservation lacks standing, the district court exceeded its authority, and government national-security interests should take precedence. Trump said the project includes not only a ballroom but also a bunker, hospital and medical facilities, classified military facilities, an anti-missile steel structure, an anti-drone roof, military-grade ventilation systems and bulletproof and blast-resistant glass, and constitutes an integrated national-security/military facility project.
