China's A-share technology sector, after a month-long pullback, stabilized last week and recorded four consecutive gains. The sector bounce pushed heavily weighted tech mutual funds sharply higher—Wind data show nearly 160 funds gained more than 20% in that four‑day span, with two funds up over 30%, reflecting rapid short‑term NAV recovery.

Former Israeli diplomat Alon Pinkas said Netanyahu needs a 'perpetual war' and that Israel's rejection of the Gaza plan should be read in the context of the Oct. 27 election.
