Typhoon White Dolphin moved out of Fenglin Town, Jiangshan, Zhejiang into Guangfeng District, Shangrao, Jiangxi at 12:50 on Aug 10. Maximum winds were force 8 (tropical storm); the system is expected to continue northwest at 10–15 km/h. Zhejiang provincial authorities say the province-wide flood situation is generally controllable; the provincial meteorological office has adjusted the typhoon emergency warning to a typhoon alert. Zhejiang flood-control headquarters downgraded the typhoon emergency response to Level II at 14:00 on Aug 10.
