Morgan Stanley said it will launch a US Innovation Infrastructure Initiative to
mobilize about $1.5 trillion of capital raising, financing, advisory and related
investment activity over the next 10 years to support companies, technologies
and platforms seen as critical to the US economy and national security. The plan
targets AI, advanced computing, quantum, semiconductors, data infrastructure,
cybersecurity, aerospace and defense, and critical minerals, and aims to
accelerate digital, physical and energy infrastructure buildout by integrating
the firm’s investment banking, capital markets, wealth and asset-management
capabilities to back firms from startup through scale.
