CPCA data show July 2026 exports of Chinese new-energy passenger vehicles totaled 540,000 units, up 147.8% YoY and 8.1% MoM. NEVs comprised 58.8% of passenger-car exports, +14 ppt YoY. Battery-electric vehicles accounted for 59.5% of NEV exports (65.1% a year earlier); A00 and A0-class BEVs made up 42.2% of BEV exports (36.6%). Narrow plug-in hybrids were 35.9% of NEV exports (32.4%); range-extended models 4.6% (2.5%).
