Zhejiang Water Resources Department said Typhoon Baihaitun’s center has moved out of Zhejiang. China’s Central Meteorological Observatory ceased numbering the storm at 17:00 on Aug 11. The provincial flood-control command had set the typhoon emergency response at Level III; under the provincial water-and-drought emergency plan the Water Resources Department at 19:00 on Aug 11 adjusted the water-and-drought (typhoon) emergency response to Level II.
