Sources said Flavio Bolsonaro, son of Brazil’s former president and a senator, is drafting a campaign fiscal framework that would seek a constitutional amendment to cap government spending growth and set fiscal constraints and targets tied to public debt levels.

ByteDance has formed a new top-level AI Data and Security unit, placed alongside Seed, Flow and Douyin, and named Wang Yinglei as head. The unit is the latest top-level AI division after Seed and Flow were created in late 2023. Wang previously led TikTok platform responsibility and TikTok Live; "the live business he ran was once one of TikTok's main revenue sources and he has a strong track record within ByteDance," a person close to the company said.
