Hongjia Industrial Coatings said it won the contract to supply heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating solutions for Taijing Aluminium’s 600 ktpa electrolytic aluminium project in Indonesia’s Morowali industrial park. The project, a JV between China Xinfa Group and Tsingshan Group, will use industry-leading 600 kA electrolysis cells; phase one (300 ktpa) is scheduled to begin production in 2026.
