The US has launched a plan to accelerate trade in AI products among allied countries.

Zhejiang provincial government office issued measures to advance industry‑academia‑research linkage for brain–computer interfaces (BCI), directing provincial 4+1 special fund and the Zhejiang social‑security sci‑tech innovation fund to market‑oriented support for promising BCI companies and R&D pipelines. The measures steer social capital toward earlier, smaller, longer‑term and hard‑tech investments; eligible BCI projects will be admitted to the provincial government investment fund project library and can access the private‑enterprise industrial‑fund equity‑financing direct‑access channel. Financial institutions are urged to develop proof‑of‑concept, pilot‑scale and technology‑commercialization loan products, support IP‑pledge financing and securitization, and strengthen full‑lifecycle financing; the province will also promote eligible BCI firms to choose suitable listing routes.
