Wall Street Journal reports Japan-based autonomous driving startup Turing plans to open a US office and is targeting a $10 billion IPO valuation.

CSRC posted that Beijing Mianbi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd registered an IPO counseling record with the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau on Aug 11, 2026, intending an initial public offering and listing; counseling sponsor is CITIC Securities. The counseling report shows the company has no controlling shareholder; largest shareholder is Beijing Qingyu Qihang Technology Center (Limited Partnership) with a 16.45% stake.
