Google (GOOG.O) released updates to its Gemini Flash series, but rollout of its top-tier model upgrade has been delayed.

Shenzhen’s housing market warmed in August. Beike Research said Beike’s Shenzhen outlets saw new‑home daily subscriptions rise 40% month‑on‑month in August, while daily second‑hand signings rose 9%. Leyoujia Research Center reported that in early August transactions of second‑hand homes priced below 3 mln yuan made up 33.8% of sales, a year‑to‑date monthly high. As of Aug. 12 the average negotiation margin on second‑hand residences fell below 9%, though listings under 3 mln yuan still showed a 10.7% margin.
